Master of communications and surveillance, Soundwave remains as focused and meticulous as ever - missing nothing, storing everything about everyone, often for personal leverage.

He can also, in effect, read minds by monitoring electrical impulses within the brain. But now, allied with Cobra, Soundwave is a force to be reckoned with in either mode.

His new H.I.S.S. (High Speed Sentry) tank form is heavily armed and armored, and highly mobile across even the toughest terrains.

Ability

Cobra Command - Follow Cobra’s command! Aim at a defence and the H.I.S.S. Tank will deal some damage. Defences in the area receive 20% (2-Star) / 30% (3-Star) / 40% (4-Star) more damage and get prioritized by all bots for 3.5 seconds.

• Level 11 Upgrade Bonus: Projectiles bounce to nearby targets dealing 90% of original damage
• Level 11 Updated Ability Description: Follow Cobra's command! Aim at a defence and the H.I.S.S. tank will shoot bouncing projectiles dealing damage (90% on bounce). Defences in the area receive 20% (2-Star) / 30% (3-Star) / 40% (4-Star) more damage and get prioritized by all bots for several seconds.
